How would you describe your current role and the biggest challenges you face?
I am the P&L owner of Electrolux Ecommerce Marketplace business in APAC, managing the business end to end. The biggest challenges are stiff price competition from our retailers and competitors, and our competitors have more marketing budgets.
What is a common misconception about the work you do?
Management thinks ecommerce is very easy to do, less resources needed.
How did you get started in your marketing career?
Start digital marketing career in GroupM as SEM specialist in 2007 when SEM was new in SEA.
Describe the most impactful marketing campaign/project you've personally worked on.
Managed the First Singapore F1 night race SEM campaign in 2008, generating SGD 148k online ticket sales weekly with ROAS $68. Β
And managed P&G Pampers 1st Ecommerce Super Brand Day O2O campaign with Lazada in 2018, generating $1M Ecommerce sales in 1 Day.

Livestream commerce.
