How would you describe your current role and the biggest challenges you face?
I currently lead marketing for both Philippines and Thailand - managing both growth and brand metrics. An always on challenge is how to keep growing while optimizing processes and investments.

That we can solve almost everything ;)
How did you get started in your marketing career?
I started out in account management at Campaigns and Grey before jumping to start-up marketing at Grab. I have done tech marketing since at RedDoorz, Huawei, and now ShopBack.
Describe the most impactful marketing campaign/project you've personally worked on.
In my agency days, I was part of 2013 election campaigns and it was a testament to how consumer mindsets can change within a specific period of time.
What is one marketing trend or change you're not convinced will work for SEA tech brands?
Over automation: AI and other tools would still need a human touch, especially with the intricacies of SEA culture and languages.
What is one marketing trend or change that you hope to see more of at SEA tech brands? And, why?
More customer experience focused initiatives that would delight users beyond promotions.
What is your favourite marketing resource that you would recommend to this community? And, why?
Nothing beats asking your peers and friends within and outside the industry.
Lastly, where are you based, and where would you take friends visiting your city for the first time?
I am based in Manila - we will go for drinks in Poblacion along with some street food!
