Establish the foundation of a structured learning program in a company as my legacy. It is meaningful because I started from zero and the program that I created was also felt by the employees that they know they have career in the company and that the company is caring about their development. We started with small steps, plan the program, get the buy in and sponsor, then full focus on the excellence execution.
