Where can we start if we’re not using AI at all yet at our company for internal processes? ⚡️
We had the chance to talk about AI in HR with Stephanie (Nansen) and Chris (Stealth Startup). Here’s what we covered in our fruitful discussion:
- Play is at the heart. Experiment with the different tools and do a lot of user testing!
- Use it to synthesise employee surveys or pulse surveys, or get AIs help to create playbooks of activities you’ve organized before
- Make it accessible to the whole team, track the usage, and brainstorm ideas from there
