Whether you're starting to build your team or have direct reports, our Management Essentials Sprint helps high-performers manage up, down, and across teams amidst an increasingly complex business environment.
We know mastery requires real-life practice, that's why we've designed an enriching, confidence-boosting learning environment to give you abundant hands-on experience in a safe, nurturing space.
The sprint is designed with you — a manager busy leading a team and hitting goals — in mind. You will spend 3 to 4 hours per week experiencing both synchronous and asynchronous learning. With weekly challenges designed to fit into your day-to-day, you can expect to see immediate results and get feedback from both your peers and instructors throughout the sprint.

Yes! NewCampus Management Essentials Sprint will be run entirely remotely. This enables learners from all corners of the world to come together. We've been in the online education space for more than 5 years and have worked hard on mastering the playbook to build remote communities and learning.
Post-COVID, we'll return to organising offline events to help our community foster a stronger in-person relationships, but the Sprints will remain a remote-first experience.
