Employee Engagement: Insights from 2024

We had the chance to unpack employee engagement during a community event with Qiyi (Manager, Culture and Engagement at Klook) and Atea (ex-Head of HR at RedDoorz).

It was part of a retrospect as we go to the new year. Here are a few takeaways from the session:

⛱ Employees share more when they feel heard. The key is to show that their feedback matters by taking action on it

🌠 Management should help improve employee engagement. This not only boosts scores but also enhances communication and openness about the company's goals

🎢 A people roadmap, similar to a product roadmap, helps involve everyone. It shows how employees grow within the company
