As 2023 comes to a close, we collectively shared our learnings as HR leaders from the year and set intentions for the upcoming year: thinking about the values that HR can bring to our organisations and communities.

🪷 At the heart of HR lies the need for compassion. Understanding the intricacies of employee emotions is not just a skill but a necessity.
🧶 The image we project and the one perceived by others don’t necessarily need to conflict. Embracing a holistic expression of self encourages a shift from a 'this-or-that' mindset to a more integrated understanding of our identity as a professional.
⚖️ Picture HR as a stool with three legs—employee, business, and HR rules. It’s the delicate balancing act required to harmonise the needs and demands successfully.
