Make sure to clearly state our organisation's culture. Sometimes we think the culture is obvious, but it's not until we link it to our reward system that it becomes clear.
We need to check our reward system to make sure it's rewarding the right behaviours. We also need to be clear about what happens if people don't follow these behaviours.
Just like individuals, organisations need to form habits. We should create a habit-forming culture in our team through a cycle of cue ➡️ routine ➡️ reward.
